I recently came across a neat website, Collage.com where you can make photo collages and have them printed on posters! You choose a shape or even type in words, and then choose your photos (you can even choose them from your Facebook albums) and it arranges all your photos into the shape you chose. I was given a gift code for a free 20×30 collage poster. I played around with the options for quite awhile and finally decided to pick the graduation cap and put photos of my brother from the past few years, to give him for Christmas. It turned out great!

Sorry for the glare on it, but I decided to use this picture anyway so it would hide my brother’s full name.
You can choose to have your poster printed vertically or horizontally. I chose horizontally since the graduation cap shape is wider. You can also add text to it at the top or bottom. I put my brother’s name and “Class of 2013″ at the bottom. The print quality is amazing! Also when you create your collage it tells you if any pictures are going to be blurry. You can click a button to rearrange the photos until you get ones showing that are the right resolution so they won’t come out blurry, or you can just add more photos to your collage so they come out a little smaller on the poster and won’t be blurry. I chose to just rearrange mine until higher resolution photos were showing.
The Collage.com website is easy to use, and I love the Facebook integration and being able to choose photos from your own albums or friends’ albums. I was able to go through photos my brother has been tagged in on Facebook and choose some of those for the collage that I didn’t have on my computer.
A poster from Collage.com would make a great gift idea for pretty much anyone!
One lucky US reader is going to with a gift code for a 20×30 collage poster!
