Brielle is definitely one playful puppy so I was pretty excited when JW Pet offered to send some toys for her for review! Brielle wants to play ALL the time and she has quickly gotten spoiled with all the new toys she has gotten between review products and things I bought her. Two of her favorites are the items JW Pet sent. They sent a Megalast Bone and a Treat Pod for Brielle.
The Megalast Bone is made of Megalastomer, a durable TPR, Thermo Plastic Rubber. It is made in the USA and is infused with vanilla. It comes in 3 sizes and can be filled with treats. Brielle LOVES this bone and overall it has held up to her chewing pretty well. We have had it a couple of weeks and she chews on it a whole lot. While she has pulled some little pieces off of it, she still has a very long way to go before it is all chewed up. When I put treats in it, it keeps her busy for quite awhile, which is a good way to get a break from her, because she wants my attention most when I am busy doing something like writing reviews! She is busy trying to get treats out of it right now!
The Treat Pod is a rope toy with rubber pods on the rope that you can put treats or peanut butter in. This is Brielle’s favorite toy right now with or without treats in it! She really loves rope toys, but when she got this one, she completely ignored her other rope toy and only played with this one. We have played tug of war with it so much we pulled one of the knots undone and I had to tie it again to keep the pods on it. This is nothing bad about the toy at all, she did the same thing with her other rope. When we play tug of war it is some hardcore tugging and usually I’m holding on to one knot while she pulls on the other end. Enough tugging like this on any rope toy is going to pull the knot out of it. I didn’t get a good picture of Brielle with this toy, but I did get a video of her running around playing with it. You can see Davey in it throwing her Megalast Bone and she would go after the bone too but would not put the Treat Pod down!
Both of these toys have been a big hit with Brielle and I will definitely be looking for some more JW Pet toys for her! You can buy JW Pet toys at your local Petco or Petsmart.
